AJK Offroad introduces our ingeniously designed Tubing Disconnect, meticulously crafted with three interlocking points for maximum security. Two ⅜-16" diameter socket head cap screws firmly unite the two components, enhancing stability.

Both bolts initiate from the same direction, allowing you to position the tubing disconnect in close proximity to the crucial components you wish to safeguard.

Our Tubing Disconnects serve as reliable safeguards for your engine and essential components. They find versatile applications in bumpers, roll cages, and removable racks. These products are universally compatible with virtually any off-road vehicle, including Jeeps, tube buggies, and side-by-sides.

AJK Offroad collaborates with trusted partners to bring you these interlocking tubing disconnects. Each tubing disconnect is meticulously crafted from 1018 steel sourced from American companies. We drill and tap the components to standard bolt specifications, ensuring optimal holding strength.

The end designed for insertion into the tubing boasts a generous weld chamfer for seamless welding and is sufficiently long to align perfectly with the tubing.

Each tubing coupler is constructed from 1018 American-made steel. Depending on your selected sizing option, the tubing disconnect will fit snugly inside 1.50" or 1.75" OD tubing with a wall thickness of .120".
