This work includes the theme of "Bride's Letter," directed by Takeshi Tomizawa of Sandwich Man, which won the award at the Sapporo International Short Film Festival, a piece composed for a reading commemorating the release of a new book of linked poems by Kaori Ekuni, a Naoki Prize-winning author with many fans, and Yukinojo Mori, a lyricist who has written many famous songs, and a piece that is well known as a "shoka" song. The album also includes works and ideas that have been developed over the years, such as a novel piano mashup of "Akatonbo" and Dvorak's "Ieji," which is well-known as a shoka. The recording camp was held at Sapporo Geimori Studio, a mixing console formerly owned by George Martin and used by many artists including Ryuichi Sakamoto.
