The forward and rear crossbars are laser-cut, formed, and welded steel for maximum rigidity, while the center crossbars utilize extruded 6061-T6 aluminum with a premium sand-texture finish. The entire assembly mounts securely to the vehicle using billet aluminum brackets—precision-forged, post-machined, e-coated, and laser-engraved with the DRT logo—and ties directly into the Ranger XD 1500 Crew OEM roof mounting points for a rock-solid fit.

All necessary hardware is included and features black-coated alloy steel or stainless steel, ensuring long-term performance and corrosion resistance.
