Warranty

Joerns Healthcare provides a two-year warranty for the Dolphin FIS System, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty applies to the advanced support surface and electromechanical components, including compressors, valves, circuit boards, hoses, and couplers.

Warranty Exclusions

• Burns, cuts, needle punctures, and abrasions
• Improper chemical use
• Excessive loads or staining
• Improper maintenance, handling, or cleaning
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Damage caused by environmental factors, misuse, or failure to adhere to the Dolphin FIS System user manual is not covered. Joerns will only extend this warranty to the original purchaser.
