Each Ankarsrum Assistent includes a 7-litre stainless steel bowl, lid, dough roller, dough knife, spatula, dough hook, single and double whisks with a 3.5-litre plastic bowl.

The exceptionally powerful motor, which comes with a seven-year guarantee, has stepless speed control, timer, and a unique gearing located underneath the bowl, makes the machine extra strong and robust. The Ankarsrum can knead up to five kilos of dough at a time. Older accessories work on new machines, and vice versa.

While the basic design of the Ankarsrum has been around for almost 75 years, Ankarsrum has continuously updated and improved the design of the mixer and still continues to do so.

Compact Design

For the capacity of the mixer, the Ankasrum manages to fit a lot into a small space. The width of the machine is just a little over the width of the bowl, leaving plenty of space on your worktop.

In addition, the low profile of the mixer means it can easily fit under the overhead cabinets of most kitchens.

Powerful 1500W Motor

The Ankasrum now features a more powerful 1500W electric motor, almost double the power of previous models.

A powerful motor means that the Ankasrum can easily cope with the largest of quantities and heaviest doughs.

Quiet Operation

The Ankasrum is one of the quietest or at least less noisy appliances.

Direct Drive

By placing the motor in the base of the mixer, most of the weight is at the bottom. This leads to a very stable operation. The Ankasrum will not 'walk' across your counter.

Cast Aluminium Body

A key feature of the Ankasrum is its one-piece casting of the body giving it an almost indestructible quality. The casting is covered in a high-quality paint finish.

Stepless Speed Control

Stepless speed control gives fine control from low to high speeds.

Timer Control

The timer can vary between 1 and 12 minutes, allowing you to focus on other tasks.

Metal Control Knobs

For added longevity, the Ankasrum now has all metal control knobs. While almost identical in look to the previous chrome hard-plastic knobs.

Detachable Power Cord

Being able to detach the power cord means it is more easily stored or fitted with a longer or shorter cable, depending on the distance to your power socket.

In addition, should you wish to take your Ankasrum abroad, you can easily change the cord to suit that county's power plug. Provided that that country uses the same voltage.
