A few years back, Rick Turner built a one-off custom bass for John McVie from Fleetwood Mac. A few months ago, we had a customer ask us to recreate this bass for him, and along the way we decided to build a couple extra, which were recently completed.
These basses feature a quilted redwood top and back, over an ash body, solid maple neck with carbon fiber reinforcement, jumbo frets, gloss body with a satin neck.
This beauty has a maple fingerboard, 34" scale, 22 frets.
