The PowerBlock Pro 100 EXP adjustable dumbbell set starts with stage 1 at 18 kg (40 lbs) with the option to add 3 additional expansion kits to get to 27 kg (60 lbs), 36 kg (80 lbs), or 45 kg  (100 lbs). Scale up or down as needed to customize your workouts.
