- Pitched trough in each grate blade allows fat run-off to minimize flare-ups

- Standing pilot ignition system
- One high/low infinite control valve for each burner
- Underburner deflector system reflects heat upwards, creating a "cool zone" in grease drawer
- 4" stainless steel adjustable legs
- 3/4" gas connection with pressure regulator
- Optional smoker base available (25" to 62" units only)
