Buick Encore 2013 - 2016 Remote Start Plug & Play Kit

Our 2013 - 2016 Buick Encore remote starter kit is fully plug & play. Install is simple and takes most consumers under an hour. Please read the options notes below to understand how each works. We recommend the 1-button remote kit because your OEM remote will not function while the car is running. This means when you walk up to the vehicle after remote starting, you will have to manually unlock the doors with the key to enter. With the 1-button remotes, simply press the button once when approaching the vehicle and the doors will unlock.

Compatibility Requirements

• 2013 - 2016 Buick Encore with KEY START / FLIP KEY
• 10th letter of your VIN # must be an D, E, F, G
• Vehicle must have power locks / keyless entry
• Not compatible with push start.
• Must be KEY START Ignition
• Automatic transmission only.

Install Overview

100% plug & play installation - no splicing, cutting wires, etc. The only optional hardwired connection would be the hood pin if your Encore is not equipped with an OEM one.

• 3x Lock From OEM Fob Only = No additional remotes to carry simply press LOCK 3 times on your factory remote to activate the remote starter. This option is NOT recommended as this vehicle the OEM remote does NOT function with the car running. Once you start you will have to manually use the key in the door to unlock and get in.

• 1-Way 1000ft = Comes with (2) 1-Button remote fobs for up to 1000ft range + 3x lock from OEM fob will work as well.

• 2-Way 2000ft = Comes with (1) 1-Button 2-way remote fob and (1) 1-Button 1-way fob for up to 2000ft range + 3x lock from OEM fob will work as well.

• Smart Phone APP Control = Start your car from your smartphone from anywhere in the world. Service Plan Required after purchase/installation. First year free $49.95 each year after. (3x Lock will work as well)
