Exquisitely crafted sculptural African 'Doll' of hand-painted cast resin. 

Noush Projects is small bespoke artisan studio located in Durban, South Africa owned and operated by Dutch artist, Manoushka Kraal.  The inspiration for the Noush Dolls came from the iconic 1950's West African Clonette Dolls. Many considered them little angels that would look out for your loved ones and guide them through life.  Noush Dolls were created in that same spirit.

Of all the Noush Dolls, it is butterfly girl with her little gold wings who most resembles our idea of a fairy or an angel. She appears to perches ever so gently on the edge of a shelf silently observing the goings on around her. 

Butterfly girl is available in three styles; black with a white bathing suit, and gold lips, white with a black bathing suit and red lips, or all gold.

Each Noush Doll comes with a certificate of authenticity stating the name and production date.
