Uniview's IPC368SE-ADF28K-WL-I0 Fixed Eyeball Turret Camera is part of their ColorHunter Series of cameras which deploys white light to flood an area with bright full-spectrum white light to enable the camera to capture up to 100 feet of night vision, and produce the most detailed images possible, regardless of the lighting conditions. This 8 megapixel turret-style surveillance camera delivers 4K high resolution (3840 x 2160 @30fps) full-color video that quite simply outperforms the competition. In addition, the 1/1.8" CMOS sensor allows even more light into the camera in order to obtain the most detailed and developed 4K video image possible!
Uniview's ColorHunter equipped cameras utilize a mixture of hardware and software upgrades to make low-light recording significantly brighter and clearer—exposing dark, fuzzy portions of the image that would be missed with lower-quality cameras. They achieve this by using a large aperture, high light transmittance glass lens, and a back-illuminated large CMOS Sensor coupled with their proprietary U-ISP technology to provide improved noise reduction and reduce motion blur.

Similar to most Uniview surveillance cameras, this network turret camera can easily withstand a wide temperature swing (-22°F to +140°F) and never skip a beat, so using this camera outdoors as part of your security system is a task it is ready for. In addition, this 8MP turret camera supports long-range POE (power over ethernet) and has a wide voltage range capable of making runs up to 300 meters (980 feet) when used with a Uniview NVR, which eliminates the need for additional equipment for long cable runs.
Smart Intrusion Detection is where Uniview's camera technology really shines in this 4K turret camera. The IPC368SE-ADF28K-WL-I0 ColorHunter 8MP Fixed Eyeball Turret Camera can be set up to notify you if someone enters a designated perimeter. This camera includes:
Scenes with various degrees or ranges of light are difficult for most cameras, but not for the IPC3638SE-ADF28K-WL-I0 Turret Camera, which has true 120dB WDR (Wide Dynamic Range). True WDR cameras render full detail for bright and dim areas simultaneously. It's not difficult to see why this would be an optimal feature for a surveillance system's camera(s).
