L-com's CSMUAZMB5 series of USB cables feature Low Smoke Zero Halogen cable jackets which reduce the amount of toxic and corrosive gases emitted during combustion. Typically used in poorly ventilated areas, low smoke zero halogen is very popular with military contractors and anywhere where the protection of people and equipment from toxic and corrosive gases is critical. These cables allow for simple "plug & play" connections to hand held devices, and other situations where Mini B 5 connectors are used. Twisted pair data lines help reduce crosstalk while 28 AWG power conductors allow for maximum cable flexibility.
