Infratech electric infrared heaters are designed to breathe new life into your outdoor patio. Sleek and streamlined, the Contemporary Series single element fixtures have been developed for use in highly visible locations that require concentrated heat output. The Marine UpGrade stainless steel infrared heater is UL listed for indoor and outdoor use. The heater is rated at 3000 watts and, from a 7-9 foot mounting height, is capable of warming an approximate area of 8x8 feet. Boasting outstanding performance and durability, Infratech uses medium wave infrared heat to produce a pleasing glow with no glare or obnoxious light. These American-made heaters are fashioned out of recyclable materials and operate with zero greenhouse emissions, odors, or ultraviolet light. Unlike other heaters, infrared heaters provide radiant heat to people and objects, not the surrounding air which can easily be blown away. Infratech C-Series infrared heaters include inset mounting brackets that create a floating effect when mounted. Infratech heaters use quartz electric elements that are designed for up to 5000 hours of use.

Value Controls On/Off Single Switch Your Simple On/Off Switches may be used in conjunction with all heaters. An ideal low-cost option for your single element heaters 20 Amp max per switch Wire your heater to the switch, then the switch to your electrical service panel You may run more than 1 heater from a single switch if they do not exceed the 20 allowable Amps, but it is not recommended. On/Off Duplex Stack Switch Your Duplex Stack Switches may be used with all heaters. An ideal low-cost option for your dual element heaters allowing you to turn on both elements or just 1 element for ½ power. 40 Amp max per stack, 20 Amps per switch. Wire your heater to the switch, then the switch to your electrical service panel. You may run your single element heaters from each switch if they do not exceed the 20 allowable Amps per switch, but it is not recommended. Infinite Control (INF) Regulator This control allows you to turn up or down the intensity of the heater. Each dial has a max of 3,000 Watts allowed. Each dial has a max of 15 Amps allowed. Will work with all styles of heaters. Controlling each element separately using 2 INF Switches for a Dual Element unit is not recommended.

Custom Controls Solid State Relay Package Infratech’s Solid State Controls are engineered for your individual project and are suitable for commercial or residential installations of any size. Multiple zoning capabilities. Allows for the option to adjust the intensity of heat of one or more heaters in a specified target area. Available with optional timers. Controls are built to UL 508 listing, which is a higher safety standard than the National Electric Code (NEC). Heaters are hard-wired directly to the Solid State Relay Panel. Tested before leaving the factory, and provided wiring diagrams for each installation. Universal Control Panel 120V Leviton Universal Slide Dimmer provided for convenience (1 per Relay) The Universal Control is a complete solution that will work with almost any 120V lighting System Universal Control Panel is 508/UL-listed and made in the USA A WiFi/Bluetooth compatible device can be purchased to gain this function Home Management System Infratech’s Home Management Control is compatible with top-selling systems like Lutron™, Crestron™, Control 4™, and others. Infratech’s simple interface requires a 0-10V DC signal for streamlined installation and straightforward programming. Why infrared heat?

A heated quartz element emits a safe, clean wavelength of light that is only absorbed by solid objects, transferring heat directly to a person, table, or floor rather than heating the air. For this reason, infrared heat can be distributed very evenly, and will not simply "blow away" in windy or drafty conditions. Infratech medium wave quartz element heaters are 93% efficient and emit a barely discernible, pleasing glow that will not affect the ambiance of your gathering – unlike competitive short-wave or halogen electric heaters that produce a very harsh glare or bright-colored light.

Maintenance:

Unlike traditional gas heaters, Infratech electric heaters are virtually maintenance-free. For long-lasting use, we recommend once a year to spray the heater with a hose and wipe it down. Our elements are rated to last 5,000 hours, plus they are simple and inexpensive to replace.
