Stain blocking resins allow application over aged tar and worn shingles. Shingle Seal rejuvenates old and weathered shingles making them resistant to UV degradation, high winds, and hail, while also rejuvenating the colors/appearance and flexibility of the shingles.

Packaging	5-gallon plastic pails. (Makes 10 gallons).
Coverage	200 - 500 ft2 / gallon @ 2mils.
Dry Time	(77°F & 50% Rel. Humidity.) 1 hour to touch.
Preparation	Surfaces should be free of defects, dirt, and contamination.
Application	Spray apply or can be brushed or rolled on. Thin 50/50 with tap water. Do not apply coating system below 45 °F. Best results are obtained when surface and air temperatures are above 60°F and below 100°F.
Clean-Up	Clean brushes, roller-covers, and spray rigs with ordinary tap water until the wash water is clear. Clean up overspray with a mild soap and water solution. (Do not wait longer than 15 minutes).
