1/2 beef (approximately 200lbs) is the perfect option to stock your at home beef supply so you don't have to worry about what is for dinner.

• COUPLE: 5 DELICIOUS MEALS A WEEK FOR A YEAR.

• FAMILY (3-4 PEOPLE): 3-4 MEALS A WEEK FOR SIX MONTHS 

• FAMILY (5-7 PEOPLE) : 3-4  MEALS A WEEK FOR FOUR MONTHS 

• 40% Premium 90/10 Ground Beef in convenient 1 lb packages  
• 35% Savory Cuts: Roasts, packages of stew meat
• 25% Steaks: Sirloin, Filets, New York Strips, Ribeye and one or two extras- Skirt, Flank, or Tri-Tip. 

Steaks: top notch steaks including 10-12 NY Strips, 6-8 Ribeye, 6 Filet Mignons, 6 Sirloins, 
Ground Beef: the best Ground Beef you've ever had. Perfect for Burgers, Tacos, Meatloaf, you name it... Packed in convenient 1lb packages. This is our signature 90/10 Ground Beef blend.
Savory Cuts: perfect cuts for the family or party time! Includes; 12-16 Roasts; 8-12 packages of stew meat in convenient 1lb packages; 8-10 soup bones individually packaged; and one or two of the following 'special cuts: Brisket, Denver, OR Short Ribs

All cut counts are approximate, as each individual animal will vary slightly in size. 
So if this is your first order with us, this is a great way to provide your family with amazing, nutritional beef. 

How it works: The first step is to reserve your 1/2 Beef today with a $1200 deposit. Next we will then select the healthiest & best finished steer in the herd to have our expert USDA butcher process your beef. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($1300). We will provide an invoice when your beef has been processed. Then we will ship it directly from our ranch to your door in up to 6 big boxes OR you can pick it up at the ranch in Newcastle. Your beef will arrive to you fully frozen and ready for your freezer!

Deposit: Your 1/2 Beef Share deposit is just $1200. This is a non-refundable deposit. Your final payment will be $1300 after your deposit is subtracted.  Total cost will be $2500.

Freezer Space: An 1/2 Beef Share will require approximately 8 cubic ft. of space. It will require chest freezer needed.
