Additional Details: This original lithograph by Yasse Tabuchi was created in 1973 for the publication Tabuchi – Lexique D’Images Ariel 25, a limited edition art book dedicated to the artist’s lyrical abstract compositions. Printed in Paris by the celebrated atelier Clot, Bramsen & Georges, the publication was produced in an edition of only 700 copies and included two original lithographs.
The composition reflects Tabuchi’s signature blend of Eastern sensitivity and European abstraction, featuring flowing intertwined forms rendered in vibrant gradients of red, green, blue, and gold. The rhythmic line work and softly modulated color fields evoke movement, energy, and organic balance, hallmarks of the artist’s meditative visual language.
Folded down the center as issued, this work remains an authentic example of the pre-digital poster era and the refined craftsmanship associated with traditional Parisian lithography studios. A sophisticated and highly decorative abstract print for collectors of postwar Japanese and European modernism. Framing available upon request.
