Le Ketch has been making some of our favourite hoppy beers so it was an honour to host our friend Guillaume again for a brew day. We used a modified base that incorporates both of our styles and added some local honey, which is a Le Ketch signature. We are both in love with Freestyle hops so it was a no-brainer when it came time to settle on hops.
