An elegant 1950s vintage day dress, with great details! The bodice is shirtwaist style, with rounded lapels accented by corded trim. Sleeves are 3/4 length. The straight skirt has a small kick pleat with slit, front and center. Oh, and pockets, designed to stand away from the body, and also set off by the corded trim. I have styled the dress in some photos with a black leather belt from my closet - it is not included with purchase.

SIZE: Label size 14 1/2

FABRIC/COLORS: Woven gingham in two shades of brown - they remind me of milk chocolate and dark chocolate. The corded trim is closer to the dark chocolate. Fiber burn test suggests a blend of natural and synthetic - I'm thinking cotton and acetate.
