Winch straps are a staple for flatbeds and trailers, and this 3" option delivers the same working load limit as a 4" strap without the extra bulk. Paired with a standard winch, it’s a dependable solution for securing a wide range of cargo.

The strap is built from durable polyester webbing that resists stretching and damage from abrasion, sunlight, and moisture.

Flat Hook Advantages

Flat hooks are designed with a broad contact surface to distribute force more evenly across your load. Each hook includes a built-in defender to protect the webbing from wear, extending the life of the strap. A black powder-coated finish not only looks sharp but also provides extra weather resistance. If your trailer doesn’t have a rub rail or anchor space is limited, a different fitting may be more suitable.

Winch Use Guidelines

According to the WSTDA (section 4.6.8): "When using web tie downs with a winch or ratchet, a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 wraps of webbing shall be wound on the winch or ratchet mandrel. Excessive wraps of webbing on the mandrel may reduce the working load limit (WLL) of the web tie down and may interfere with proper operation."
