The L2C26 euro profile mortice escape lock offers single action escape by simply depressing the internal lever handle which will withdraw both the latchbolt and deadbolt simultaneously. This lock is pierced to accept bolt through fixing and is suitable for sprung lever furniture. It features an easily reversible stainless steel latchbolt and escape mechanism, an 8mm zinc follower, a stainless steel single throw 16mm deadbolt and is supplied complete with split spindle and satin stainless steel forend and strike.

The Union 2C2 series DIN size mortice lock cases are ideal for use on medium duty contract projects. They meet the dimensional recommendations of BS8300 and ADM and have been tested to EN12209. The 2C2 series lock cases are also CE marked and have been fire tested to BS EN1634-1 for use on 60 minutes timber fire doors.
