Appearance:
Deep ruby with vibrant purple highlights and excellent clarity. Dense at the core, yet bright at the rim; slow, even legs hint at generous body and ripe concentration.

Aroma:
Ripe blackberry, mulberry and dark plum, lifted by violet and a touch of lavender. Peppercorn, bay leaf and dried Mediterranean herbs follow, with subtle hints of liquorice, cocoa dust and warm earth adding a savoury, coastal complexity.

Taste:
Dry, full and confidently shaped. Dark berries and plum flesh lead, then broaden into black pepper spice, olive tapenade and a faint smoky-meaty note typical of Syrah in warm climates.
