Master Distiller Richard Seale crafted this limited-edition blend from two distinct 14-year-old single blended molasses rums—one aged entirely in ex-bourbon barrels and the other in ex-Madeira casks. Distilled using both double-retort copper pot stills and twin column Coffey stills, Convocation is bottled at a robust 62% ABV (124 proof) without added sugar, coloring, or filtration.

The nose reveals classic Foursquare aromas of vanilla, toasted coconut, and fresh berries, evolving into rich pipe tobacco, bergamot, and subtle nutty and oxidative notes. On the palate, expect a rich and complex profile featuring caramelized grapefruit peel, roasted macadamia nuts, blackberry cobbler, and pineapple undertones, culminating in a chewy finish reminiscent of taffy and salted caramel.
