Shipping costs for a sauna heater and related accessories are included when shipped with the room.

To simplify your experience, and reduce the chance of damage, in most cases, we will ship the chosen sauna heater and accessories on top of the sauna crate and within an extra-thick cardboard container.

For your convenience, sauna heaters suitable for this room are included in the product description. Should you wish to vary from these recommendations, please contact your account representative. 

The weight and size of this product require truck delivery by special appointment (LTL), on an oversized pallet. A contact number from you is required by the freight company to facilitate the delivery appointment. The driver is responsible for curbside delivery only and will lower the item's to ground level. You are responsible for transporting the contents into the home or facility.
