In 2018 the winery switched winemaking to good friend Ray Nadeson at the excellent Lethbridge Winery in Geelong. Ray, who has had a long association making wines from the amazing Henty cool climate fruit, has brought incredible texture and expression to the wines with less mainstream techniques like Foudre fermentation for the Riesling and introducing skin contact with Pinot Gris and Riesling. 

Hand crafted from fruit grown by renowned viticulturalist Alistair Taylor. Restrained and delicate with concentration and length. Delicious and rare example of the grape variety as a dry table wine. Earthy and pure as it is lively and balanced.
