DESCRIPTION

The U‑YK1545 is a high‑efficiency, crawler‑mounted vibrating screen designed for multi‑grade material separation in quarrying, aggregates, sand & gravel, and recycling operations. Its 1.5 m³ feed hopper with an 8 m belt feeder delivers a steady material flow to the 3YK1545 triple‑deck screen (1500 × 4500 mm), enabling precise separation into up to three product sizes in a single pass.

With a maximum feed size of 200 mm and throughput of 80–150 t/h, the U‑YK1545 is ideal for medium‑scale operations requiring mobility and versatility. Powered by a Cummins 66 kW (83 HP) diesel engine, it offers reliable performance in demanding environments. The crawler chassis ensures easy repositioning on site, while the compact transport dimensions simplify relocation between projects.
