Our Half Pig allows you to custom select your cuts, if desired. Half a Pig will generally be about 75 to 100 pounds of finished pork (before smoking), including pork chops, ground pork, roasts, bacon, and sausage. This pork is New Hampshire-bred, born, and raised on pasture, and is free from antibiotics, growth hormones and everything else. This is natural, heritage pork that makes a delicious meal every time.
The final price will be $8.00 per pound of hanging weight of the pork, which includes the cost of standard processing. (Additional cost for smoking and linked sausage.) Hanging weight is expected to be approximately 100 to 150 pounds per Half Pig. The final price, less your deposit, will be due at pick up.
