This gorgeous Port Dundas has a gorgeous maturity about it, complimented by the gentle cask strength just over 50%. With ineffable balance and a soft sweet fruit core enveloped by gentle vanilla and a touch of baking spices, this is exactly what we want out of a good mature grain with none of the spirit-y heat.
