The Salzburger Mill MT 12 is made for those who need a larger amount of fresh flour on a daily basis. The MT 12 also features natural granite stones and a large 550W industrial motor. It can mill about 6.35 oz (180g) of fine flour per minute and like the MT 5 is a timeless beauty that will please your body, tongue and eyes for a long time. As with all the mills in the MT series, this mill is constructed according to Salzburger’s principles of natural construction methods.

Only special selected granite is used in the laborious production of milling stones that result in unique pairs for each mill. All dry grains can be ground with the Salzburger grain mill MT 12, including soft or hard wheat, oat groats (dehulled oats), rice, triticale, kamut, spelt, buckwheat, barley, rye, millet, teff, quinoa, amaranth, sorghum, soybeans and dent (field) corn. It will also grind lentils, dry beans (pinto, red, garbanzo/chickpeas, kidney & more), and dried, non-oily spices. It isn't suitable for herbs, oilseeds like flax or sesame, popcorn, or fibrous materials.
