DESCRIPTION

The Cyclone Soft Wash System is a fully customizable and high-capacity soft wash solution, designed for professional-grade cleaning tasks. Powered by a 7.0 GPM Remco Fatboy pump, this system delivers consistent, high-pressure performance with a heavy-duty pressure switch and inline fuse/circuit breaker. Its tank configuration includes a 55-gallon water tank, 55-gallon chemical tank, and a 7-gallon soap tank, with the option to upgrade to a 100-gallon water tank, allowing for versatile and efficient cleaning operations. This system is equipped with the Hydro-Mixer V4 proportioning system, featuring three metering valves for water, bleach, and soap, enabling precise control of cleaning solutions. Heavy-duty stainless steel hose reels hold a 200’ chemical-resistant spray hose and a 100’ water fill hose, providing excellent reach and durability. The Cyclone Soft Wash System is built on a heavy-duty aluminum skid and includes essential accessories such as an 18" PVC wand, J ROD nozzles, and chemical-resistant fittings. Every system is custom-built to ensure it meets your unique soft washing needs.
