Description:
Cartas Celestes" by Almeida Prado, which means "celestial chart" in Japanese. It is a collection of several small pieces, each less than one minute long, condensed into a single piece, and each piece is a "constellation heard through sound" with its own meaning, including mythology, the sky, darkness, color, and approach to the universe. The fourth and final volume in the series contains four collections of songs. No. 13 represents the bright night sky of Brazil, while Nos. 16 to 18 are a "trilogy" completed a few months before the composer's death, each depicting an animal and a hero from Greek mythology and Brazilian literature.
