The Schnitzer Country is continuously adjustable from coarse meal for your cereal to fine flour for bread and cakes. The long hand crank makes it easy to operate this hand mill. The stainless steel hopper holds 2.20 lb (1 kg ) of grain.

Schnitzer's Country is made from solid beech wood and features milling stones made from naxos-basalt bound in magnesite and a steel crank. The included clamps allow the mill to be securely fixed to tables or bench-tops.

All dry grains can be ground with the Schnitzer Country, including soft or hard wheat, oat groats (dehulled oats), rice, triticale, kamut, spelt, buckwheat, barley, rye, millet, teff, quinoa, amaranth, sorghum, soybeans and dent (field) corn. It will also grind lentils, dry beans (pinto, red, garbanzo, kidney & more), and dried, non-oily spices. It isn't suitable for herbs, oilseeds like flax or sesame, popcorn, or fibrous materials.
