Key Features

• Durable Gearboxes: 120 HP main/transfer box and 100 HP outboard boxes with forged alloy steel, carburized gears, and hardened shafts. Tapered and ball bearings ensure durability.
• Heavy-Duty Slip Clutch: Spring-type adjustment with four friction discs on the main shaft. Outboard protection with shock-absorbing rubber elements connected to splined yokes.
• Rugged Blades: Made from 1/2" x 4" alloy spring steel with an airlift design and 4-inch blade overlap. Free-swinging blades to handle obstructions, offering a blade tip speed of 15,480 FPM.
• Drive Shafts: Category 4 main input and side drives for consistent performance. Shielded PTOs built with premium propeller shaft materials and needle bearing universal joints.
• Hydraulic Adjustments (Pull Models): Hydraulic cylinder controls for cutting and traveling height adjustments.
• Durable Tires: Grooved laminated solid rubber tires with independent shock-absorbing systems for rear suspension. Optional aircraft or implement tires for additional versatility.
• Special 10-Gauge Deck: Heavy-duty T-frame design with an electric-welded one-piece frame. Tack-welded heads on the bottom of the deck for easy maintenance.
• Replaceable skid shoes for prolonged durability.
• Quick-release guards for easy maintenance.
• Standard chain guards for added safety.
• Heavy-duty tongue assembly and jack for easy hookup and unhooking (pull models).
