Le Preare Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG is a vegetarian wine from Italy. It has a ruby red colour with dense and compact appearance, and big intensity on the nose with hints of cherries, dried prunes, dried flowers, and sweet spices. The flavour is full-bodied and smooth with velvety tannins.

Produced by Cantina Valpolicella Negrar since 1933, this wine is made from Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes. The grapes are hand-picked and dried for 4 months before fermentation and 30-day maceration, followed by 24 months in barrel and 6 months in bottle.

Serving suggestions include grilled and braised game meats and aged cheeses. Contains sulphur dioxide/sulphites. Store in a cool, dry place.
