HOW TO USE IT

The beautiful bronze and chocolate brown eggs are perfect for adding a touch of elegance to hot dishes or savoring on their own. It pairs wonderfully with Sparkling Rosé, Blanc de Blanc, Blanc de Noir, Brut Champagne, Sanceré, and Pilsner.

HOW TO STORE IT

As soon as you receive your caviar, place your caviar tin on a bed of ice mixed with salt (in a bowl or tray) and refrigerate in the bottom drawer of your refrigerator at temperatures 28°-34°F.  Consume within 48 hours for optimal freshness.  Avoid using metallic spoons as they can impart an unpleasant metallic taste to the roe.

HOW WE SHIP

We ship overnight in an insulated box with ice packs. This specialized packaging is designed to maintain peak freshness throughout transit.
