In addition to their tried and tested chef's knife with a generous blade length of 17cm and a material thickness of 3mm, Petromax also offer a chef's knife with a 20cm long blade and a slimmer thickness of 2mm. The longer blade enables effortless cutting of juicy meat and tender vegetables such as asparagus. The ergonomic walnut handle ensures a comfortable grip, while the full-length steel and riveted handle guarantee stability. These knives were developed in close cooperation with outdoor chefs and manufactured in Solingen, the city of blades.
