These kits are designed to provide extra belt to lower swingarm tube clearance. This extra clearance may be needed on some Softail when they are converted from the stock swingarm to an extra wide swingarm and the belt is marking the lower swingarm tube. Available for 1985-1993, 1993-1999 and all 2000-2005 Softail as well as 2006 FLST, FLSTC, FLSTF, FLSTN, FLSTSC and FXSTD. All kits are available with stock, 3/4" (19mm) and 1" (25mm) off-set in the front pulley. Kit has 29 tooth front pulley, 65 tooth rear pulley. Rear pulley is designed for use with1 1/8" belt. Stock rear ratio is 2.19, the 29 tooth with 65 tooth pulley will change this ratio by only 2% to a ratio of 2.24.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION Due to the wide application and fitting variations of primary and final Belts, Zodiac can not accept any claim for warranty as, no matter how long they have been used and no matter what the defect is, Belts are not covered by any manufacturer warranty. To avoid any complications we suggest that Belts should be installed by a qualified mechanic.
