This cook's knife is from a high carbon stainless steel range that is precision ground and hand made in Sheffield. The riveted handle is strong and durable, while the hand-sharpened, stainless steel blade provides long lasting sharpness.

The curved blade, measuring 15cm in length, makes it excellent for precise cutting of vegetables, fruit, meat or fish.

Every knife is test cut for sharpness before leaving the factory, and the range is supplied by a knifemaker with decades of experience in Sheffield.
