The spirit is proofed to 46.1% ABV using mountain spring water, and contains no added sugar or coloring—showcasing the pure, terroir-driven character of Oaxacan sugarcane.

On the nose, it reveals aromas of apple skin, cinnamon, nutmeg, pear, and allspice. The palate is medium-bodied with layered notes of brûléed apple, baking spice, subtle vegetal tones, and hints of mint and vanilla. The finish is long and balanced, with lingering fruit and spice.
