L-com proudly offers GigE Vision connectors using Ethernet. The GigE connectors are built to the vision standard and are perfect for machine vision cameras and PoE applications. The screw mount hardware is beneficial in many applications where standard RJ45 connectors can become dislodged due to jolting, vibration, gravity, etc. These assemblies are designed for continuous motion applications where ordinary patch cables fail. They are rated for 10 million cycles at 8x the cable diameter and come with a tinned copper braid shield to protect against EMI/RFI interference. The cable is EIA568 color-coded for compatibility with standard installations. These cables are ideal for continuous motion, factory automation or robotics applications. GigE Ethernet cables are available in GigE to GigE RJ45 connectors as well as GigE to standard RJ45 in either a Category 5e or a Category 6a rating.
