It’s a sad fact that our society is still bound to superstitions and restrictions based on false beliefs. Jaideep’s painting is the portrayal of such situation of a section of society in which a woman leader is providing employment but only few of them have their eyes open to the opportunity, rest are still chained into restrictions and obstructions imposed on them.

Jaideep believes that such sections, despite being talented are not able to uplift themselves due to the lack of awareness and motivation
