PowerBlock’s Sport Series Dumbbells set a new standard for efficiency, versatility, and ease of use. These weight plates feature colour-coded weight designations, an open handle design for increased range of motion and a comfortable contoured rubber grip.

The PowerBlock Sport 24 replaces 8-pairs of dumbbells or 216 lbs of free weights. Weight range is 3-24 lbs per handle, in 3 lb increments.

Available Increments; 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18,21, and 24 lbs per hand.
