Based on Polyethercetonecetone (PEKK), this high performance carbon fiber composite 3D printer pellet is a go to material for industrial applications.

Thanks to its slow crystallization and the compounded carbon fibers, it’s possible to print Nanovia PEKK-A CF using a heated enclosure of only 90 °C.

Storage

• Store in airtight container with desiccant, out of direct sunlight.
• Dehydrate for 6h at 100°C prior to printing after prolonged exposure to humidity.

Printing

• A reinforced nozzle, suitable for abrasive materials is recommended.
