The Comark PX25L/C Food Penetration Probe (Thermistor/Blue/Curly) is a Thermistor Sensor probe designed for food applications.

It has a 1.0m curly lead and blue end cap. There is also BioCote Antimicrobial Protection in the probe handle to avoid the risk of cross contamination.

The PX25L/C has a blue end cap, but coloured end caps are also available to incorporate into HACCP procedures.

The PX25L/C Food Penetration Probe is fitted with a 6-Pin Lumberg connector with locking screw, to provide a strong and secure probe-to-instrument connection with better prevention of liquid ingress.
