Our Null Ridge Premium Trimmed Whole Tenderloin is cut from the short loin; the long muscle located near the backbone.  This muscle is relatively inactive which produces a more tender cut of beef.

Our premium Trimmed Whole Tenderloin boasts a mild, buttery flavor, and can be roasted it in the oven, broiled or even grilled!

It's large enough to feed eight to ten people, but if you opt to cut the center tenderloin first, feeding four to six people, you can utilize the ends in other dishes.
