From a semi-aromatic black grape variety native to the hills of Faenza, whose name is a tribute to the first winemaker who began breeding it in the 60s. The notes of cherry meet the candied fruit of Centesimino. The vineyard was planted in 1980, the first vintage produced dates back to 2001. Also known as Sauvignon Rosso, vinified in cement, it is elegant, enveloping, slightly fresh and with velvety tannins.
