If you're training for or competing in the Murph workout, the TWL Tech Plate Carrier is purpose-built for it. The official Murph weight is 20lb (9kg) for men, 14lb (6.5kg) for women — both easily achievable with TWL Tech Plates loaded into the carrier. With the vest weight included, the Heavy (Murph) pack reaches 20lb (9.5kg) total — the official competition weight.

The elastic side panels and close-to-body fit mean the carrier doesn't bounce, shift, or ride up during running — critical when you've got 2 miles of running wrapped around 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, and 300 air squats. The TWL Tech Plate Carrier stays locked in position through every movement.
