The Avanti® Digital Cooking Thermometer is a compact, sleek and easy to use meat thermometer that allows you to cook your meat to perfection. The thermometer probe remains in the oven, smoker or barbeque while the receiver allows you to monitor your cooking from up to 30 meters away. Flash and alarm will sound when the meat has reached its target temperature or when the set time is complete. Includes built-in timer.

Use & Care

• Clean with a dry cloth.
• Do not immerse in water or wipe with damp cloth.
• Clean the probe with water and a mild detergent
• CAUTION The point of the thermometer’s probe is sharp and potentially dangerous. For safety’s sake, handle with care and always keep out of reach from children. Do not expose any part of the probe to open flames. Not to be used in Microwave ovens.

TIP: Be sure to switch on/off button at the back of both the Transmitter stand and the Monitor after use to save battery life!
