80 mm Double Flanged Wheel in Stainless Steel 1.4301 – 500 kg

This version of the 80 mm double flanged wheel made of stainless steel 1.4301 is designed for increased loads of 500 kg. Ideal for heavier loads in rail-guided systems in conveyor technology and mechanical engineering under hygienic or corrosive conditions.

Construction & Material

Made of stainless steel 1.4301 (V2A), completely rust-free with stainless steel ball bearings. The reinforced design carries 500 kg with the same outer diameter – achieved through optimized wall thicknesses and bearing design. The double flange geometry ensures track guidance on both sides on flat and profile rails.

Bearing Options

• With Stainless Steel Ball Bearings: Free-running on axle or bolt – low-maintenance and ready for installation.
• With Hub Groove: Torsion-resistant shaft connection for driven wheels.
