The Simpson Strong-Tie DHUTF Top-Flange Fire Wall Hanger offers a reliable solution for connecting floor trusses and joists to wood or concrete/masonry walls while maintaining the integrity of two-hour fire-rated wall assemblies. Engineered with precision, this top-flange hanger is designed to allow a 1" gap between the end of the carried member and the wall, reducing the risk of fire-wall compromise in the event of shrinkage or movement.

Fabricated from heavy-gauge steel and available in G90 galvanization, the DHUTF provides superior load capacity while accommodating design requirements for both engineered wood and solid sawn lumber. The offset nail pattern and top-flange mounting allow for easy installation on either side of the wall assembly.

• Hanger must be installed on the cold side of the wall assembly.
• Do not skew, modify, or install upside-down.
• When used with concrete or masonry, anchorage requirements must meet ICC standards.
